Resetting your password is easy. All you need is access to the email account that you used to sign up.

Step 1: To reset your password first visit: https://account.simpletraffic.co/reset_password.php

Step 2: Enter the email address you used to sign up, and click on send link.

After you click on send link you will see a notification to let you know to check your email for a link to change your password

If we do not have that email address connected to any subscriptions you will see an error message 

In this case, you should try a different email address, or contact our customer support.

Step 3: Check your email address from us with the subject: Password Reset

If you cannot find this email make sure you check your spam and junk folders. You can also search for emails from [email protected]

Step 4: Click on the link "Click here to change your password"

Step 5: Choose a new password and enter it in to both fields on the page, then click Reset my password.

After you click on Reset my password you will be taken back to the login page where you can enter your email address and password to login to our dashboard.
